Gym members
If your Fitwise account was created or is managed by a gym, contact that gym to close your membership or ask it to delete the member profile it controls. Your gym may need to retain certain transaction records under applicable requirements. Deleting a Fitwise login does not itself cancel a gym membership or recurring payment; contact the gym and the payment provider as needed.
If the Fitwise member app provides an in-app account deletion control, use that option from your account settings. [Confirm the exact in-app path and ensure it is available for every platform where users can create accounts.]
Gym owners and staff
For an administrator account, contact your organization’s Fitwise account owner. To close a gym’s Fitwise service account, follow the termination and data export process in your gym’s service agreement or contact Fitwise at synexis.global@gmail.com.
What to include in a request
Use the email address associated with your Fitwise account and tell us whether you are a gym member, staff user or gym account owner. Include the gym name and account email. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive health information. We may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account.
Where available, submit a request through your app’s account settings. Otherwise, email synexis.global@gmail.com. If your account is managed by a gym, contact that gym about the member data it controls.
What happens next
We will confirm receipt, verify the request, and explain any additional steps or timing. After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal information we control when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable law and legitimate security or legal requirements. Gym-controlled member data may need to be requested from the gym directly.
[Insert the actual response target, deletion completion timeline, and confirmation process.]
Information we may keep
Some information may be retained for a limited period when required for tax, accounting, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention or other legal obligations. The categories, retention periods, backup deletion timing and applicable exceptions must be described in the Privacy Policy: [add verified retention schedule].
